Grapevine has been a great way to capture feedback from our customers as we expand our retail stores. Steve has also been super helpful with providing quick answers and solutions when we needed help.

If you ever decide you'd like a unique Customer Satisfaction survey for each POS location, just let us know, it's very simple to implement.

Nous avons été très heureux de vous conseiller sur la mise en place de votre enquête multi-questions et de créer un workflow Shopify Flow pour transférer vos réponses à l'enquête dans Google Sheets. Nous sommes toujours là si vous avez besoin d'autre chose.
App is exactly what we need and is simple to use. Like that they just released an integration with Shopify Flows so that we can get these answers straight to our slack channel as well
