This was one of the only points apps available when we first opened. It was increasingly expensive. $2500 a year in order to be able to accommodate our customers with very little features.
- does not work with POS
- does not process returns
- does not allow customers to change their contact info (have to email app)
- hard to navigate the system and find settings.
- auto sent customer email to remind people to use points without asking us. Just did it randomly one day after 3 years of using it (so many people redeemed points in the weeks to come that was not planned)
- no limit able to be set with "pay with points" customers redeems hundreds of dollars in one transaction.

The one star was earned because the customer service was always good. They always got back to me quickly although VERY pushy with upgrades. Which is what prompted me to start looking for another app. There are better apps available that work great with retail store using POS and online, for half the cost. We have 4,000 existing points customers and growing, for a size comparison and pricing.

I am disappointed to see your review after having been in personal contact with you. Additionally, the points you have mentioned are incorrect and I am clarifying here both for you and the readers of the review
- Your pricing has remained the same for 4 years and we did write to you confirming the same price for your renewal as well. In fact all the enhancements that we have made have all been included free at no cost for both existing and new customers.
- Returns – both partial and full refunds are reflected correctly in deductions of points. I can assure you this feature works absolutely fine. I have looked at your account and did not find any ticket raised by you informing us of any issues with refund deductions.
- I apologize that you find the system hard to navigate- If you had sent us an email, we would have done a personalized video for you- Both my team and I have in the past done personalized videos for our customers when they have informed us of any difficulties they are facing . We also have a free 1 on 1 training call that you are able to book as per your convenience.
- We bring lots of enhancements to our apps- The email you are referring to was an enhancement and we did inform you about this email and how to configure/ pause it . We have received very positive reviews for this email from thousands of our customers and our internal analysis has shown an uptick in sales for customers who have configured this email.
- We never push for upgrades- Its totally upto you.
- POS- yes we do not have the integration. And, we have never claimed to have one. That said, we are working on brining this for our customers- Again , this will be included at no extra cost.

I would be happy to call and take you through all the features and many more enhancements to come.

I can assure you and the readers, that our single mission is to make you, our customers successful. Gratisfaction is becoming an app that will support our customers’ business through various stages and lifecycle. It is becoming much more than a loyalty app- It is already helping our customers run giveaways, contests and promotions. April 2023: I'm updating my review because I do think this is a great tool in terms of possible functionality, but the back end interface is *INSANELY* complicated, to the point that I can't figure out how to use most of the features - there are menu options across the top of the screen, plus all on the side, then you get more options int he main screen depending on what you've selected, and yet none of them seem related to each other, and I can never figure out where to go to do what I want to do. I've also never been able to figure out how to make options like popups or social or email campaigns work. I'm honestly just not smart enough for this app.

I've just been keeping it for the sake of the rewards points button on my homepage, but recently a second widget button mysteriously appeared on my storefront and I have no clue how or why. I can tell it's from this program cause it's showing the same points and redemptions when I log in, but i can't figure out how to change the terrible placement or turn it off. I gave up and just turned off the original widget, but WHHHYYYY would this tool put two different buttons both on my store?

I didn't attempt to reach out for help, because I reaaaaaaally don't enjoy interacting with folks for technical support, especially on something that should be easy, and i'd rather just give up and switch to a different tool. :(

At this point, i can't figure out how to use most of it, so I've decided to switch to a simpler and less expensive tool since I don't think i'm getting most of the use or value out of this one. :(

April 2023- Sorry, to see your updated review and comments. Please allow me to clarify- Gratisfaction is more than a loyalty program- We are developing it as your marketing workspace that will help you achieve many of your business goals. Accordingly, we have many more features planned, which will all be included in your plan at no extra cost. Sorry, that you find it to be confusing. I always encourage our customers to be in contact with us and our team can always guide you and also suggest the usage of the features to your advantage. The ROI with this app can be excellent. Also you will not need many other apps- Accordingly price is very affordable as you'll get great results and features.

I request and urge you to please give us another shot - We will work with you to help you get the best out of this app

The app seems packed with nice features. Unfortunately it only works if your site is using a single language. The low score is to reflect that the page shows numerous languages which led me to believe it supported them concurrently.
