I knew this app would be a game-changer for my business the moment I saw the animated graphics in a marketing email I received from Grid & Pixel. John, the co-founder, met with me on two separate occasions in our first week after adding the app and spent time explaining how we can customize the templates and he set up several customized automations for us. It's very rare, from my experience, to receive this kind of dedication from Shopify Developers. We have already seen our numbers improve by 20% one week in and we are confident that will exceed 40% increase. Grid & Pixel is one of the best apps we have used on Shopify and the customer service is exceptional.

We use Grid & Pixel emails along with traditional emails in our flows on Klaviyo. The setup was simple and adding the coding to the Klaviyo template is a breeze. Using some animated emails gives a variety to our marketing.

I have found that some of the templates that I would like to use are limited in the number of characters allowed. John and his team are always open and willing to do custom work to the code enabling me to use longer copy. They have also edited the templates to allow for more color customization. Now, can we please get the ability to add more products to some of the templates?

Recently, they added the functionality to skip sending an abandonment email if the product is out of stock. The process was much easier to implement in Grid & Pixel than the process I needed to perform in Klaviyo to get the same functionality.

I have been wanting to step up my email marketing for a while, but it is so time-consuming as a one-person operation. The Grid and Pixel team really helped me understand and rework my email flows to nurture my existing customers. I have recently created an email/SMS campaign for a flash sale and it was simple to use and edit the templates and received increased engagement.
