The app is great, but it is nothing without the support of John in helping get everything setup. If you need help getting all of your email flows automated correctly (and emails designed) then this is the way to go.

I just signed up but am already impressed with the app and especially the customer service! John Hogan was amazing and thorough in walking me through the various segments. He also went above and beyond to help me as I transitioned out of one of my old apps. I can't wait to get creative and see what awesome emails and graphics I can share with my customers. Finally! Grid & Pixel developed an app that helps us optimize our email marketing without hours of cut-and-paste templates and email flows that no longer work. John helped us set this up, explained the process and we were up and running in an hour! There are also some well-done video tutorials online if you want help or to take a deeper dive into some options.
We use Shopify Mail which does not offer cutting-edge marketing or innovation. The Grid & Pixel app is the tool/bridge between customization, AI, and ease of use that Shopify is lacking.
