We've had two launches with the Grommet and it's been really great. The process is easy and everything integrates really well with Shopify no problem. It's entirely seamless, which is the entire point to make your life easier. If you are a business owner with a product and want to add another way to market your products to new customers give The Grommet a try!

We’ve absolutely LOVED our experience with Grommet! Everything has been easy and smooth (probably the easiest launch experience. One thing that has really stood out to us has been the support we’ve had during our launch. This has been a platform that truly supports small businesses, their products, and the inventors themselves. This has been the one launch I’ve been truly excited for because the support surrounded behind the launch. Another really cool and unique experience I didn’t expect from Grommet was the encouragement to just get behind the camera and talk about our product ourselves which has translated over to our own social media platforms. I highly recommend launching on grommet for small businesses to get further exposure, sales, and the experience of working with a great team!

We recently used Grommet to launch two of our products, and the experience was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!

As a small business, finding a platform that is not only user-friendly but also effective in driving sales is crucial - and Grommet delivered on both fronts. They provided excellent support throughout the process, their team was always available to assist with any questions we had, and the video tutorials were incredibly helpful.

The results speak for themselves! Within the first week of launching our products on Grommet, we saw a significant boost in sales, far exceeding our expectations. We quickly received numerous upvotes, earning us the title of Product of the Week. We absolutely loved our experience with Grommet and highly recommend it to other small business and inventors looking to achieve such remarkable success!

We've tested several platforms like This Is Why I'm Broke, SUATMM & etc., and so far Grommet is the most small business friendly one to fast track the market validation. I would say they've gone beyond being just a platform. Actually they're more like a partner that always put your interest first:

1. A well thought out mechanism to nurture the growth: unlike other platforms which charge you upfront, they have this very healthy mechanism which place your products in prominent spot for 7 days for free to facilitate growth and then promote your items on commission to allow a mutual growth. Instead of launching as many products as possible each time, which makes more monetary sense to them, they control the number of products in each launch period to help you ensure you get the maximum exposure & traffic!

2. They set you up for success: along the way, Greg and his team have proactive provided lots of guides and tutorials to help me familiarise with and make the most of the platform. What's even better, they go the extra mile to provide the marketing materials!

3. Excellent support: their support is outstanding! Always responsive, patient and informative. And I really like that the team delivered the CS in a very human way instead of throwing your length confusing docs or chatting like a AI chatbot.

We had great results with Grommet!
The weekly new product listing brought in many new customers in the first 4 days.
I have two small suggestions for improvement
1. Allow flexibility in the discount.
The required 20% discount is not viable with our higher price products because it eats up the margin.
2. Put a note in the 'Images' page that only square (1:1 ratio) images are supported (and if there is any pixel size limits).
Some of my pictures were auto-cropped badly because they were not the right ratio and I only learned about the ratio through email.
-That said they quickly changed the images once I knew what to do and the support was very friendly.

Overall The Grommet is a pleasurer to work with and they deliver strong results!

I'm so glad to have found Grommet! By fluke, I was introduced to the website and since then, I have already launched my first product (with more to come!). I am thrilled with the results and can't wait to grow my business with Grommet!

So far it has been a nice experience seeing the number of people visiting our page on Grommet and up-voting it for the 20% savings. The number of purchases for us was about 7% of upvotes in total. I hope that the up-voters get emails to remind them of how great our product is as I would assume if you up-vote something, you are more inclined to purchase vs just collecting votes, then again....even though something is "Super Cool" does not always warrant a sale. Price points are great for now and hope to see the sales continue!

Our experience with the Grommet could not have gone better! What an amazing platform to be a part of with a seamless integration into our Shopify store. We have already seen amazing results and sales within the first week of launching! Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get the word out about their product.
