Great support. The app works fine. Requested support was provided on fixing zero pricing on product page and customizing bundle page.

Great app that’s helping me bundle several products on one page. I’ve been looking for an app to do that for a long time, Unsuccessfully till now. Their customer service couldn’t be better; very responsive and knowledgeable. As soon as the app allows for ‘add to cart’ per item, I’ll bump up my rating to five stars.

Update: after some time using it, I discovered it's causing many errors.
I have informed of the error and after one week we are still facing problems.

Fare price, excellent support and it does what it promises to do.
It's easy to work with. They even offered to help me with some text translation. Good job

Poor design. Have played around with it and it doesn't function in a user friendly manner for customers. Requiring them to purchase the entire bundle. They can't purchase the individual item without the bundle. Would never recommend.

The app design can be easily customized with CSS if needed to match the required styles.

The app doesn't require purchasing an entire bundle in fact. It's always possible to enable the individual 'Add to Cart' buttons for each associated product in the app Settings.

We offer free live-time support so you could address us if you have any doubts.

I would rate 5 star if only the frontend interface loads a faster. Everything's loaded but customer has to wait 5 more seconds just for the bundle interface to appear. And on Safari, the interface doesn't load and appear at all. I'll change the review once the issue has been resolved.

I really like this app as it's probably the only one that has minimal style to adding the bundled products on the product page. Looks very clean and make it easy for users to add multiple products in one click.

Unfortunately, it was recently down and my bundles were not showing on the product page which I was running ads. Since my product has variants, which only show in the bundles, users were not able to add the products to the cart. I was very disappointed as I had spent money on fb ads only to find out the user's could not buy for 4+ hours. I need confirmation from support they will have a way to identify when the app is down as I am now concern if this has happen before and I had not noticed.

We are truly sorry this problem affected your store. We experienced this downtime due to a problem with our SSL certificate on Cloudflare end. Our emergency team managed to resolve this in a short period of time on the weekend. We can assure you this problem didn’t happen before.

Terrible app, they have to code it for it to work, it doesn't just install like every other app. Also, it puts in all kinds of extra text that can't be removed and once you add a bundle there's no way to remove it. Support sucks, you can't call anyone. The software isn't very intuitive at all. I've built and configured my site myself, yet, I've spent way too much time trying to get this piece of crap to work. I've been paying them for 3 months and it still insn't working.

The app was launched in 2018. At that time, it was impossible to develop such an app with auto installation. But we are working on the massive app UI reconfiguration at the very moment and will release the upgraded version soon.

We reviewed your previous tickets and can see that we described the way to delete a bundle - you need to remove the 'mw_grouped_product' tag from its parent product.

Also, we offer a free trial period to test the app out and decide whether it works for you.

I used this app to sell several of my company's items together as a bundle with a discount applied. This is the best bundle app available and at a great value for everything I have seen.
It took a bit of back and forth emailing with the developers to have the app set up in the desired way on our store, their assistance was absolutely necessary to be able to set up the app properly on the store. We would not be able to implement the app without their assistance. I would personally consider that a bit of a negative.
The developers were friendly and responsive and helped me to ultimately achieve my desired outcome.
Overall, I would recommend this app for your bundle offer needs.

Support non existent.Will not continue with paid subscription as they are non responsive. How can you expect someone to upgrade? Poor service!
