Absolutely horrible experience for my customers and myself ever since installing this app. Be prepared for a LOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTT of wasted time trying to get customer support to actually help you get anything done when there's an issue- they just want to blame it on Shopify when it's really all on their end

Great support, useful features. Reviews and wishlist work great, loyalty I'm not using at the moment. There were some minor style changes I wanted changed, and support fixed them all promptly.

So far we have not used the app too much but we want to mention that the customer support we have received on our Onboarding, especially from Anna, has been very helpful, prompt responses and solutions to all our questions, keep it up!

Great app for loyalty programs and wishlist creation! Very intuitive, easy to use on both ends! Growave team is also extremely helpful in solving all sorts of issues - smooth communication, timely responses and fast problem solving. Highly recommend it! I've tried a couple of similar apps and so far Growave is the best, definitely worth it.

If you are just starting out with your store, I would highly recommend Growave. I already test several loyalty apps; this app is the best with the best customer service. the support team for this app kindly responded to my questions and requests one by one. Thank you all!!!!! I'm currently using this app but I don't think I'll be using it for a long time, the inability to customize the rewards page is really limiting. In addition to the fact that it is not possible to have a LOGIN button when loading the page, which makes usability compromised by the user, because to log in he has to click randomly inside the page to see the log in button.
I asked to make this button visible right away, but it seems impossible to implement. I'm not satisfied at all.
