Bad UX and Judge me is better. Installed both and Judge me got 50 reviews in a week while Growave didn't. Judgeme is free as well.

Very promising app, though utilizing it is quite ugly. I could only actually get to their website to login via their FAQ's, as there is NO login on their direct site, just "Add App" and "Book Demo", not to mention "Start Trial". A little reduntant. The app integrates very well and easy into my existing shop. The support is really helpful and fast. I had a question and needed support with the integration of product reviews on my page. The request was fulfilled within 1 hour by a developer. Really great product and serivce!

This app has been nothing short of incredible. I was assigned a personal customer service rep named Tattu who was essentially like a concierge! She helped me with integrating the app with my site, and provided me with useful resources for reference. Wanted to pause the use of the app by using the backup of my theme. They then proceeded to install the app on the backup of my theme without asking.

Update: they contacted me and resolved the issue. I am giving 3 stars because I still think it's super weird they assume it's okay to add the app code in someone's backup theme without asking

Stay away from this app.
From their site it all seems simple but in the end it is impossible to set everything up correctly without problems. I was in constant contact with the team for 4 days to solve very small problems due to their non-existent tutorials!
