I added this app to my shopify site to develop a rewards program for my customers. The wishlist has been an awesome addition as well. The number of reviews I get from purchases has increased substantially! The Growave team has been easy to work with and has accommodated just about every change or request I have had. I wish I would have found this sooner!!

Im so disappointed in this app. After removing it, because it did not provide anything of benefit to my customers or growth of my store, it has left random punctuation on my site that I can not fix. It's almost like the app wasn't fully developed, and some sort of "residue" was left after removing it.

We would love to make things right and fix any issues caused by Growave. And we would not forgive ourselves for letting you go with a bad impression of our app.
May I ask you to install our app again, thus we'll be able to clear all our files? Without installing our app, regrettably, we have no access to your files to remove lingering code. Promise it will be fixed in no time :)

Before socialshopwave, I was trying to install YOTPO but the installation did not go through. I contacted their support team and they did not respond for one week. So, I threw them out, started looking for a good review app and came across socialshopwave. Social shopwave has fantastic features. Besides reviews, I have been wanting to use Instagram galleries which they have. I am intrigued by their community feed. It provides proof that visitors are purchasing. Then today itself, a visitor emailed me asking me to notify him when one of our products becomes available. That is exactly what their wishlist and automated email feature can do. It is super to have all the features in one place.
Last but not the least, when I was checking out their website, I started talking to Kalys from customer support. He answered all my questions and took lot of time to satisfy me. After my disastrous experience with YOTPO, I loved talking to Kalys. Eldar and team also were very quick on integration. Social shop wave's customer support is top notch.
Love this app which combines several key functions altogether running seamlessly. And more important, the customer services are fast, responsive and helpful. Give it try!

Very disappointing since the update. I am usually very happy with Growave but the Instagram feature stopped working for over a month now. I reported the issue immediately and no one is able to help. I used to display our influencers Instagram pictures with a specific hashtag and tag the products. Now this does not work and I can only display and tag pictures posted on our IG account (not pictures from a specific hashtag). I would change my review as soon as this issue is fixed.

Regarding your query, I'd like to kindly let you know that our app gives a signal to Facebook via the API, but Facebook's tokens are coming in invalid due to the hashtag posts not being displayed. However, our dev team worked with the Facebook support team and we were able to fix the issue.
