I absolutely LOVE this app! I really don't write reviews as often as I should but not only is the app fantastically designed and extremely useful, but the customer service is exceptional. Eldar + team bend go out of their way to help you learn the app and have done customizations for me on multiple occasions.

I downloaded the app just to test it out, not planning to keep it, as it was on the expensive side, but it is so well designed and the customer service is SO GREAT that now I don't think I can live without it!!

I am just trialling the app and have had great assistance from Alice.
I am trialling the GROWTH version with a view to increasing or Reviews....this app seems like the best one out there. Will really know further down the track....fingers crossed.

So amazing! Such great customer support from chat and email! Saves so much time they will literally change, edit, fix anything in your site for you so you don’t have to try to do it yourself!! So worth the $99 a month i pay for the upgraded plan. So many customers had made wishlists and accounts and makes my site look way more professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app is very useful and their support is also very prompt. Many of the features like Rewards, Automatic Emails , Social Login are really easy to use and helpful I will really suggest this to my friends.

Probably one of the best app for Shopify out there!! This app is great & very easy to use. The social login & sharing aspects have already increased our social presence... The only downside would be the team taking time to reply to issues but once they do, they always fix stuff & are very friendly. Get it, it's a no brainer!

This is a great app with so many simple but important functions. I'm not a tech expert, just happen to have a website and the support has been absolutely fabulous! Courteous, fast, kind and always beyond helpful. I have found most of the app support through Shopify has been good but Alder has been above and beyond even the good ones.
