This app is awesome in its features alone, but what makes it the perfect choice is the stellar customer support I have received in the first couple of weeks of using it. I hope they can keep up this kind of customer service because they are doing a fantastic job. We had many requests and we talked via chat with them almost daily in the first two weeks but Alex, Tina and their colleagues were always there for us and helped us greatly. I can only recommend it and hope to be successfully using this app and their support for a long time to come! Thank you!

Fantastic app with great support.
This was an app that I really enjoyed as their customer service was quick to respond and the functions were great.
We were one of the early users when they were still offering their $9 basic plan but most of the functions have now been removed from us due to the pricing change. We wrote in to customer service explaining our situation, and for a small brand like ours, it's impossible to be paying $149 per month to retain all the features which were available from the plan they promised previously. Most apps out there would still reward their old customers who've been with them since day one, but not in the case of Growave.
It's truly disappointing and now we need to find another review and loyalty app that can fit into our budget. While I appreciate the help that the team has provided for us since day one, this experience has left us speechless.

Overall nothing against the app. It has cool features which will help site owners achieve loyalty programs, rewards, etc, unfortunately it was not the right fit for me.
I had problems with uninstalling and they got back to me immediately and helped with uninstall. Extremely helpful and efficient!

The customer support service is fantastic! The turnaround time to fix my issues is usually in 1 - 2 days. And Growave is the best loyalty program app I have came across so far.

The team at Social Shop Wave have been amazing. They have allowed us to combine several Apps in to one App.
At first, I thought the App was priced higher than a lot of Apps but now I believe it is definitely worth the money. The exceptional customer service I have received from Nurila and the team has been amazing. I cannot fault them. The problem I find with a lot of Apps is that customers can tell that it doesn't quite fit with the website. The team have been amazing at making the small customisations so everything looks seamless.
I highly recommend this App and I am looking forward to a long collaboration with the team and further utilization of what their Apps provides to enhance my customer experience.
