Powerful app with lots of features for the cost. Lacks some of the user-friendly customizability that others have, but their team is super responsive and are able to help customize the look/feel very quickly. Just wish the internal theme editor was more robust.

I've dealt with Sergio, Tim and Bak numerous times now and every time has been very pleasant. Very efficient in their responses and work. We've had a few technical issues after migrating to Shopify and they've made sure everything has run smoothly.

We’ve just finished setting up our loyalty program page and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The app itself is easy to set up and works seamlessly with Shopify.
What really stood out to us was the support team. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us customize the loyalty page exactly the way we envisioned it. Even when some adjustments required extra development work, they stepped in and delivered without hesitation.

After let's say some technical changes and challenges, the team were able to help me get all the functions of this app working and really well.
