I was looking for a loyalty program for my website and found this app. So far it has really impressed me especially since it has other features that I also wanted which were the wishlist and product reviews. After installing the app, I was constantly updated with what the status of the integration was which was very nice. Once installed, there was a couple of things that I wanted adjusted and both the emails responding back to my requests and the requests themselves were so quick. I do recommend this app.

Incredible Pooches

I think this is my first app review. These people have the highest tech, most attentive, and problem-solving helpdesk I've encountered since adding apps to my store. I am spoiled in a sense with them as I've already deleted my previous review app and a few others and went ahead and started utilizing ALL of their apps. My main focus has been to create a loyalty rewards program to give back to my customers. This is the only app that I have found that fits my requirements. The customer service was outstanding, they went above and beyond to help tweak features and setup all the different widgets for me. The app is nice and clean and has everything you could want or need. Very happy.

I've had growave for only a couple of weeks, but I am loving the app and the customer service is incredible! All my questions have been answered quickly and requests to make changes on my site have also been attended to quickly! Very happy I added this to my shop
