I just started my 30 days trial. As I am looking for an app that have product review, Instagram and royalty program, I of course have to give Growave a try. So far I have slowly been trying out the different functions and Azem and her team have been absolutely amazing to help me with each single details and problems I have meet! This app is awesome in its features alone, but what makes it the perfect choice is the stellar customer support I have received in the first couple of weeks of using it. I hope they can keep up this kind of customer service because they are doing a fantastic job. We had many requests and we talked via chat with them almost daily in the first two weeks but Alex, Tina and their colleagues were always there for us and helped us greatly. Fantastic app with great support.
Overall nothing against the app. It has cool features which will help site owners achieve loyalty programs, rewards, etc, unfortunately it was not the right fit for me.
I had problems with uninstalling and they got back to me immediately and helped with uninstall. Extremely helpful and efficient!
