I first used this app for reviews and wishlist, but then I took the entire package because they have very good apps very useful ! The team is amazing, always there to help you as fast as they can. I'm very satisfied, and I want to thanks them !
This is the best Shopify app I have ever used, literally, it can meet your needs for the loyalty program, referral, wishlist, discount code manager, IG Store, customer community build-up, and even the recovery mail! !! This has indeed brought us an increase in GMV and registered members. Meanwhile, the most important is that the staff of Grove are very friendly. Any request we mention, even if it is related to their product, they will try their best to help us solve it. 100% will recommend it. This is the Top 10 Shopify app you must have.
The app is impressive and the support was amazing. I had a number of items i raised with support and was integrating a couple of apps together for some really in depth features.
Tina was always really quick to respond and anything i asked for was resolved perfectly and with a great turnaround time.
To be honest, some of the stuff i was asking for was beyond what i expected these guys would solve for me, but nothing was questioned.

The amount this app offers for free is amazing: the wishlist and social login features are well-thought out and tailored to your needs. I like the wishlist best of all because it integrates so well in my store.
The customer support is amazing as well, really on of the highlights of this app. Other apps should take an example of this support team!

Great app & customer service! Growave has helped me build trust with my customers by allowing me to display detailed reviews, allow customers to use their social accounts to log in, and allows them to save items to a wishlist. whenever I have an issue setting something up they always assist me in a timely manner. Wonderful. I have loved having this app on my site. They have wonderful automations to help you contact your customers. The customer service is probably my favorite part about SocialShopWave. Over the past few months, I have changed the template for my website.
