We are so glad that we found Growave. Their app is amazing for what is offered. Easy to set up, with lots of function. We use Growave for Loyalty, Wishlist and Instagram galleries. Their dashboard is easy to use and we are able to do basically anything we want with their resources. The Customer Success team is also unparalleled. Any ask we have is never too big or small- from changing fonts and on their interface, to changing icons within our developer theme. They work very fast and are always very friendly. Cannot recommend them enough!

It's not only the App that's great, but the technical support team too. They actual wrote to me, offering their support for free and it was quick. I'm loving it!!! The App increases my store's visibility

I am a "non" developer working to manage my entire business on my own including building a website and working through concepts like customer retention and conversion. I tried two other apps but this one had the customer services I needed to make the work. They are responsive and fast. They helped me pull in my old customer list and when I missed a step they gently walked me through the integration to make it work. My customers love having rewards and I use it as giveaways now. I am super grateful for their help and support.

I'd like to see star ratings on product thumbnail and a better mobile web display for responsive themes. Keep up the good work!

I have been using Growave's loyalty app for some months already. I gave 5 stars before because the technical support team (Tina and Alex) was amazing but suddenly the support team was changed and now it takes hours to get an answer from the support team. Sorry Growave but we customers evaluate an app not only for its technical features but also for the support we get from the team behind the app when it comes to questions or issues.
Update (2023-01-19): I was contacted by the lead of technical support, she apologized and is trying to improve customer service. So far technical support seems to have gotten better but I have not requested too much support lately so I'll keep updating my score based on my experience.
Update (2023-05-04): Customer service is getting better, I usually don't get immediate answers but my questions are answered and my requests are fulfilled within a few hours. Fixing complex bugs that I have reported takes some time but they are eventually fixed. It's fair to recognize Growave's efforts so I'm giving 5 stars now. Keep up the good work Growave!
