This great app provides very important features that can be found in one place. The app works perfect and easy to install and edit language also. The customer service is excellent with quick response on chat as well as by email with fast solutions! Highly recommended and we will keep on using the app on a constant basis!

easily the best customer service of any app i’ve used yet. issues resolved quickly and even though i have the feee version they helped me integrate this into my theme and customize so it all fits. 10/10. once my business grows i’ll look to get the paid plan and integrate my other applications

I've used the app for a few months now. It integrates beautifully with our site and is easy to configure. The team at Socialshop wave is amazing. They are helpful, knowledgeable and very eager to help if you ever encounter a problem. I highly recommend them.

Really helpful team. Growave is quite complicated to set up, but it seems to be the best in the market and it offers a lot of value. I've just set mine up with the help of their team.

I have used this app in my store for 6 months. the support team has been wonderful in helping to set it up to be cohesive with my site. very quick on responding to requests.

Hands down the best support I've received online. Not just compared to other Shopify app developers, compared to all the companies I've done business with online. They respond to the specific question asked rather than shooting out some canned response that doesn't really answer your question.
The app itself does so many things. I never would have gotten them all integrated into my site without the help of SocialShopWave's support team.
