We've had Growave running for a while now but only just got around to really deepdiving into it and marketing to our customers. I had to prove all the functionality before I sent emails and got myself into a pickle.
So after playing with it I had a few questions on how it ran properly and the support person was very patient with my investigation and we were able to answer all the questions I had.
There's definitely some functionality which would make the platform better but you need to understand what each version you're paying for offers.
So far so good!

Excellent customer service! The Growave Team gives 100% even if I'm currently just on a free plan. They basically made everything work for me. Couldn't have done it without them.
This app was exactly what I needed for my online store to have a community-like experience. I can't say this enough, but the customer service on top of that is absolutely outstanding! I would highly recommend this app.

After reviewing your store, we believe that the next thing you should pay attention to is our Reviews which is a key component of strengthening stores' social proof. Moreover, it actually increases sales, builds your credibility, Improves SEO, drives traffic to a website, and can help you spread your brand.
If you're moving from another platform and already have any existing reviews, we'll take care of their transfer into Growave for you.
On top of it, we will definitely take into account the minimalist style of your store and make sure that our widgets are clean, austerity, and concise when integrating them. ;)

does this app work with the empire theme on shopify? I used it for the debut theme and it worked well, but now that i've changed the theme i dont see it anymore. Customer service is good, someone reached out to me immediately to assist me with this!

Growave works with any theme on Shopify. It lets you change colors, backgrounds to fit your branding color and design.
In case of switching themes, our files need to be re-integrated into the current theme.
We always reach out to inform customers about it and once we have merchant's confirmation we will re-integrate our files in no time :)
These dudes are awesome! Cant beat the support. App is a bit tricky to set up, but only bc its capable of so much and has so many options. I highly recommend!
