The App has a lot of functionalities which are all very good! We now get around 5-10 reviews per day without doing anything - it's all automatic. The support is nothing less then premium. They recently helped us to sync our reviews between two different shopify shops and they were very helpful and made sure it is an easy process. Thank you for developing this App.

I've just started using the App and am really happy with the ease of installation. But most importantly I LOVE the fact that customer service is fantastic, responsive and very helpful! Makes a huge difference and saves a lot of time. I asked for a small feature change and before I knew it I recieved an email from KALYS in customer support saying it was done! Thank you!
THIS IS A MUST HAVE APP!! I was previously with Yotpo and decided to look into other more affordable and service friendly alternative and that’s when I found SocialShopWave. So far I'm very impressed with all the great features this app has to offer, not to mention their awesome customer service. Edgar and his team have been extremely helpful answering all my questions and assisting me every step of the way. Their interface is very user friendly and for a non techy like me, setting up was super easy. They truly understand the needs of small businesses :)
I have used the $9/month plan on the SocialShopWave App on my website for about a month... thus far it has been great. I mainly use the App for the Wishlist and Reviews portions and the team at SocialShopWave did a great job of integrating those onto my website.
In addition, they also provide coding experts that will work on your website for very fair rates. They are great at understanding specific coding concerns and addressing them directly. They know what they are doing!
Really couldn't be happier with their service at the moment and am looking forward to learning more about the other aspects of their App.
The trial is a good way to start if you are unsure about this App. And if you don't like something about the App while you are in the trial, just send them an email. You might be surprised how well they alter things to your liking!
Growave is not only a super-app but they have outstanding customer service (praise goes to Alex who was extremely helpful whilst I was setting up all the different apps on my website). To me, these days there are a lot of great app but not very often do I receive great customer service. Growave is a great example of customer-first company. Totally, totally recommend it.

Got some issues with the icons not showing in the rewards menu, but after contacting customer support the problem was fixed. Great support and nice features!

Before we even mention the amazing app i wanted to talk about the customer support. One word - AMAZING! the best we have seen on the app store in the 3 years we have been with Shopify. Any emails or customisations have been completed within hours, and in most cases within minutes. Absolutely first class support. For instance we asked if it was possible to have the social sharing app linked to a particular collection so we can do special promotions, no problem feature was added over this weekend to our store free of charge. It also looks like this feature will possible be added to their app in the future to!
The apps inside social shop wave are also fantastic and we are yet to try everything out to its full potential (we're busy re-writing product descriptions and updating SEO) but its clear this app has a lot to offer. Our customers are starting to use the social sharing feature making management of our store easier and allowing us to focus on our own customer service. We've not even tried the ratings app yet and a few other elements but can't wait too.
Eldar and his team are great, as are the features in the app. A very happy customer.
