They are very helpful with my website integration and these meant a lot when you have a whole website to manage. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!
I used this app for a year, it is a good app but they have many issues and their mobile API integration is horrible and they always update their API without inform us! In addition we could not update our customers points in bulk and has to do that manually! Lastly, last week I created a boost points campaign for Black Friday to multiple points 20X but after the campaign has finished i found out the no one of customers has got 20X! and that make me do that manually for more than 1000 customers!!!

Regarding your concern, we totally understand that. I would like to kindly let you know after deeply investigating your case our developers found out that the "Boost campaign" feature was enabled two times from the period of Nov 23 to Nov 30th and from Nov 30 to Dec 2. Please be informed that these two boost campaigns don't affect each other. Due to the app logic, the multiplier of the Boost campaign multiplies the points on the day of issuance, not the day the customer places the order. However, our development team created a task to implement the logic of multiplying points on the day of checkout. We always strive to listen and take into account all of the customer's feedback✨!

They did a great job for my Shopify store, not just an app but services, reviews and wishlist are working well. I so appreciate the time they have put in for us, thanks to Kalys especially.
I am in love with this app! I am saving so much money with the app it's amazing! I used to pay $15 a month with Judge.Me and $50/mo with Smile.io. This app has 5 apps included for a small flat fee.
Customer service is top notch. I can say they're almost 24/7, Tina and Alex work with me almost at anytime. They helped set up my store to my exact liking and migrated all my data from other apps.
The UI/UX is pretty simple and effective. It's easy to complete tasks that I need. What more can I ask for?

I needed some assistance in setting up the app and just had some generalized questions as well... customer service was AMAZING and very supportive and helpful. As for the app itself.. I LOVE that I can have multi apps now in this ONE app... I was paying so much for them individually with my old website, and honestly, this reward program is way better at setting up rewards and actions... its just great all around! I Would give it 10 stars if I could!

After I left a bad review expressing my frustration and disappointment with the functionality of this app, Growave have been in contact and sorted all the issues. The app is back functioning well now and the loyalty programme is very popular and well received by my customers. I still have the issue every now and again with an undelivered email, particularly to BT customers, so that’s why I have knocked off a star.
