I just used the app for a few months to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is exceptionally user-friendly.
This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. after we installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were Shoppable Instagram from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rashmi Sharma and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also asked the develop team to fix the issue really quickly. They were able to remedy the problem quickly and effectively, and they were able to do it within 24 hours of reporting it.
Jena kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

We selected this app after a long-term search to find the best solution for our shop. No we have 4 apps of 5 set up. Until now we havent had any problems or malfunctions. We though have many "little" customization tasks, setting the looks to match our store design, and they always made them for us, in addition, quite quickly! Thank you guys for that, sometimes we feel guilty when we find a new detail to be customized... :) The features we got using Growave are amazing, and the look of the app is gorgeous. They add so much to our store! Plus, people started to use very quickly, and of course it means UCG for us. Biggest task to solve is translating the app, just like Shopify, to translate it - if you dont use it in English - is quite a big work, but you have to do it once...The last app we will launch is Rewards, we are afraid of it a bit, hope we will find the good settings. Now we are still working on setting and customizing the notification emails, and then release it :) We will add an update later to this review, but what we have experienced and saw until now is definiately 5 stars. Very helpful customer service with speedy response for customization. They surely deserve 5star. Tina was one of the best in the team, followed by Alice.

Growave and their support team, especially Tina, have been instrumental in helping us launch our rewards program, reviews, and wishlist. They helped with the integration into our new theme in ways no other developer has even come close! They were quick and super supportive despite their super busy schedule! In addition, this app works WONDERS!! It's *almost* flawless in the way in integrates with so many other apps + multilanguage support which is key for a Canadian company.

We were looking for an app that could seamlessly integrate our app builder Vajro, and we ended up with Growave. It saved us the trouble of worrying about synchronicity among different features we'd like to have and the extra time needed to figure out how to make different apps work together. On top of that, the support team was very helpful. Masha and the team helped implement 10+ edit requests within a few hours, which is valuable for our team without any developers.
