I am just trialling the app and have had great assistance from Alice.
I am trialling the GROWTH version with a view to increasing or Reviews....this app seems like the best one out there. Will really know further down the track....fingers crossed.
This app is very useful and their support is also very prompt. Many of the features like Rewards, Automatic Emails , Social Login are really easy to use and helpful I will really suggest this to my friends.

SSW has been absolutely fantastic for me thus far. My business thrives on the traffic we get from our social media accounts, and SSW has only helped to elevate that beyond what I had ever thought possible...
They have a support agent on standby named Kalys, who literally will be your best friend. I ran into a few small issues when i first integrated SSW with my site, however he was instantly there and ready to help. After spending an hour with him, we got every single little thing looking perfect, and I've never been happier. Best support guy/tech man I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

If you are looking for an app that will allow your customers to come back for more with rewards and wish lists etc., you are looking at the right one! This app has all in one for building a strong connection with your fans and the best thing about it is the amazing supporting team. They are helping you around the clock and super patient. They even helped us customize how we wanted our wish list to look like. Alex was helping us all the way and we are just blown away with what the team has done for our website. TAHNK YOU SO MUCH!

Haven't implemented the app on our live store yet, but the customer service have been helpful. I will say there is a few delayed responses, but we usually get my problems solved.

Excellent Customer Service! Unlike most apps, this app has support reach out to you and initiate help. Very quick response and delivers everything they say they will! A lot of apps on here have a lot of red tape when it comes to tech support but this one doesn’t.
