I've been using Growave for years to offer customers the ability to add photos to their reviews and for the loyalty program so they can earn points on purchases. I love the Wishlist feature too! It's easy to customize the widgets to be on-brand, and the team has been super helpful to even further customize my widgets! I've never had any issues with Growave messing up my store code and the widgets load quickly so as not to slow down the user experience. Over the years I've let go of many apps but never this one :)

I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 15 Mar and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered.

Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month!

That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site.

I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features)

Truly disappointed.

Truly Appreciate the migration support manager and tech team!

We were having issues with legacy version but they made the migration so easy and quick! Super nice and fast :)

They also made custom changes for our membership page links and it's flawless. Thank you so much Maryam and her tech team!

A great app, and a great support team. We've used the application since we opened our physical and virtual doors. Seamless integration with our POS, and regular updates to the application included in the monthly fee.
Whenever I've needed support of migration support, it's been quick and carried out well.
Can't fault the app or the team!

Been with Growave for a while, over a year now. Everything has been good. Email yesterday stating new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 3/15 and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered, the $9 sub is now a $49 monthly sub. As a small business owner I can't eat that monthly price increase for essentially the same product. I used the Loyalty/Rewards and Reviews portion and once I got it all ironed out it seemed to work good. and my customers liked it. Not anymore! I give 3 stars cause the tech worked, it was reliable, but the end results of no options to continue for small business I leave 3 Stars. Good luck!
