Must have All in one APP - Wishlist, Reviews, Rewards, Social Login and much more. Additional Review after few days: 1 - Bug fix resolution time is very high (More than a week)
2 - Vert poor performance of reviews widget. Reviews take more than 6 seconds to load.

Bcp de fonctionnalités, nous ne les utilisons pas tous. Le gros + : le SAV est très réactif et très arrangeant, ils nous ont bcp aider pour le set up et les correctifs de bugs. merci !

It's a great combination of features and price. Plus the support is solid.

I've been with growave for a couple of years. But I'm not satisfied with the progress this app has (not) made in visual design. Nothing has changed.

The overall visual design of the app is mediocre at best which doesn't help convert visitors very well. It feels very early 2000s.

Growave needs to focus on design. We need more modern looking widgets and alternatives to the slider design for reviews. Why does it have to look so bad? Please look at Loox or other competitors which have card based design and grids.

NOTE: I'm NOT talking about the Admin area. I'm talking about how the app looks on websites. Particularly the reviews.

Great app for loyalty programs and wishlist creation! Very intuitive, easy to use on both ends! Growave team is also extremely helpful in solving all sorts of issues - smooth communication, timely responses and fast problem solving. Highly recommend it! I've tried a couple of similar apps and so far Growave is the best, definitely worth it.

However, update to 2.0 version changed the reviewer's name presentation function which I personally find absurd. After the update, in the free version, client's full name and surname are visible under the review, and if you want to keep your Client's information private and only show the surname's first letter, well, then you need to upgrade to a paid plan. Shouldn't privacy be a default option? I understand that you want to give Store Owners flexibility, and that's amazing, but keeping Client's surname hidden is such a weird thing to ask us to pay for.

What I love about the update is the new design, it's clean and professional. Thanks for that.

The Growave Support is very helpful and help you with all your customizations wishes. The app itself has limited features for evaluation. It's not so easy to evaluate how the tool works for customers. There are deviations in the numbers and it is difficult to recognize whether the tool is really working for our community. That's why i give only 4 stars.

Apart from that we are happy with Growave. It's nice too to have different options in one tool (reviews, wishlist, referral, ...)

Edit: With Growave V2, the platform seems more stable. Support is responsive and good at resolving issues. Still, the occasional bug but that is to be expected I suppose. We highly recommend Growave for your store.

Growave promises an all-in-one marketing solution. At first glance, this seems to be true, but we're in the process of incorporating it into our brand-new website, which isn't even live yet, and we're running into bug after bug. The support eventually resolves them, but then we run into something else that doesn't work.

They say we're the only ones impacted by these bugs, which I highly doubt since we're a fresh store with no legacy and few other apps.

We like the promise of it but have been pretty disappointed so far. We hope our experience will increase soon, or we'll have to start looking at alternatives.

A couple of issues came up, but it was a user error. I had updated my Shopify pages for SEO and accidentally deleted the coding that makes Wishlist, Refer a friend, and Loyalty program Landing Pages appear on my site. It took three days for them to figure out how I wanted it reinstalled, due to the language barrier I believe, but it looks great now. Thank goodness for 24/7 help.

It is a great app and the chat assist is fast too. The only thing I would add into the app is an auto discount for my customers when they purchase based on their tier. It is more rewarding and it's easier to retain them. Unless it is already in the app which i don't know how to set it
