Really impressed with the support team at Growave. We're in the process of setting up the app, hit a technical roadblock, and they went to the next level to assess the issue and provide informational screenshots to help us navigate. All within hours of reaching out to them.

The onboarding features are pretty great, but I wish there was a way to see what to expect and a few examples via video. I'm excited to learn more about how to use the app, but seem to need to activate it in order to learn. Maybe I'm missing a couple of demo videos.

Excited to start using the features! Feeling good about working with the team at Growave whenever needed!

Uninstalled the app and received a charge, upon reaching out to them they immediately foxed the issue, I can appreciate their customer service and professionalism throughout the whole process

Regarding your refund request, we need a screenshot of the invoice to verify the billing period and compare it with Shopify's records. On my end, I have already checked with the Shopify Billing team and processed the refund to your card linked to Shopify. You should see the funds on your card within 2-5 business days.

Absolutely amazing!! I contacted their help because I wanted to change how some of the features were displaying and wanted to add some more into the site. They helped me do everything and it was an extremely smooth process. Highly recommend them and their service.

This app is fantastic and provides a great review sharing / rewards experience. It is important to note, however, that you MUST reach out to them through their customer service messenger to make sure they integrate their app to its fullest potential. They know what they're doing, so it is really not a pain.

We've been with Growave now for over 4 months and the experience has been excellent. Very proactive and responsive customer service - very helpful to us in leveraging the platform to best suit our needs and to answer questions and remind us to perform key API updates, etc so as to not disturb our course of business. i'm truly impressed - my customers love the rewards program, reviews and the wishlist. powerful apps and nice support. Most functions is very well, One shortcoming is that the placement of rewards tabs is limited and cannot be placed in any position. I hope it can be improved in the future.
