I needed a loyalty program that did not have any hidden "gotchas" and that had a pricing program that allowed the charges to grow with my business.
I reviewed a number of programs and found that although their starting price was fine, as soon as I tried to use it, there were aspects that would force me to upgrade my subscription.
Having installed the app, I have found the support staff really helpful and responsive- which is important when you are first starting out on your program

Great support, fast assistance with editing changes. Truly listens to our feedback to better optimize their app. I look further to new integrations and the growth of the app.
Amazing customer service, asked for some help deploying their solution which was completed quickly. On checking there were a couple of areas I wanted modifying so it fitted in with my theme better and these were done within 24 hours.

I asked the guys from Gowave to add a review option so people could leave their reviews on the product pages. They added this to my product page in a snap. After two days I was already able to get product reviews directly to my page. Very good customer service reaction.

I've been using growave for about a month now and I absolutely love using it! My favorite features include the product reviews customers can leave and the shoppable instagram feed. It makes my online boutique look LEGIT. Tina & Alex on the support team were very helpful. They were able to help me in a polite and timely manner. 10/10 would recommend this app
