We are in the process of launching a loyalty program and out of all the programs I have worked with, in the past and researched, Growave was by far the easiest to work with and offered more than just the typical loyalty program. Customer service is great to work with as well. I wanted to update my review to just say that the development team and customer service team have been helpful throughout the entire time we have been using this app.

Fantastic app - easy to implement and use. We repurposed this app for a voting functionality and it is absolutely wonderful! I have only begun using this app (properly!) but am really impressed with the all in one package that is offered + the real time chat of being able to speak with a real person and do real time work! They trouble shot a bunch of issues, made some terrific recommedations, and allowed me to make customizations! LOVE!

Great app for loyalty programs and wishlist creation! Very intuitive, easy to use on both ends! Growave team is also extremely helpful in solving all sorts of issues - smooth communication, timely responses and fast problem solving. Highly recommend it! I've tried a couple of similar apps and so far Growave is the best, definitely worth it.
