I'm gonna be very honest with my review. I had some trouble with the app, wouldn't give it 5 stars, BUT the support team is spectacular so they totally deserve it. Solved every issue very very fast, super kind and super effective. Also, it's worth the price, other apps are much more expensive with less features. I recommend using this app only if you are open to ask for help before giving up on it. They'll solve it for sure and it will be worth it.

Beautiful and modern design with lovely features that truly gives your store that extra finess and social reach. I especially love their shoppable instagram photos feature. I must also mention that the support team is A+ especially Mr. Kalys Salmakbaev. He is an amazing rep. Its extremely important to me to have great support so that I can get the best use of my applications. So, when I meet a customer representative like Kalys Salmakbaev, I am so much more loyal to continuing a relationship with SocialShopWave because I know I will not be alone on this journey. Currently only use the wishlist feature, but it's good! Support is fast to respond and helped fixing my issue.

Support is fantastic, even if you are in the free version. I plan on upgrading soon and couldn't recommend more. Great people, greater app functionality. A must have, no matter the size of your shop.

I wasn’t sure if all the reviews on here were honest. But I AM AMAZED by the customer service this company has provided. They have installed everything for me and have exceeded my expectations. Just what I wanted. I am finally able to reply to my customers on my blogs!

I’m still on my trial but I will definitely be continuing with them once it is over.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Do not leave negative review - for your peace of mind.

No notification when you exceed your orders limit. You are out of answers when customer asks you how to apply reward, because you have no clue and have dig it out. Points aren't calculated correctly in British Pounds. You'll have to adjust every order (when customer spotted) manually.

If you want pease of mind, please do not leave negative review.

I have my all windows closed from incoming calls and emails from this corner shop.

Regarding your feedback about the order limit, please kindly be informed that we send three email notifications every month if the merchant exceeds the order limit. Also, we have a notification directly in the Admin panel in order for our merchants to be informed.

I would like to mention that for self-study of our app, our team is constantly updating the knowledge base, where you can find answers to your questions. In addition, our customer support team is available 24/7 in order to assist you with all of your queries. 🤗 🙏

Concerning the currency Setting, our app relies on the base currency set in your Shopify Settings, and it converts the amount at the market exchange rate based on that setting. If you allow us the chance to speak with you at your earliest convenience, we would like to make it right so we can get this sorted out as soon as possible. 🙌
