It was hard to find an app that had reviews and rewards until I discovered Growave. The customer support has been flawless and helped me through the process of stamped migration.

Furthermore, the fact that this app supports Japanese is of paramount significance to our operations, as many Shopify app unfortunately do not offer this feature. This compatibility has facilitated our business in more ways than one.

- CSV import function is not working.
- No instant chat support. You can only submit your questions and wait.
- All email to your customer will only send out from noreply@socialshopwave.email, instead of your own email domain unless you pay for the VIP plan.
