A mysterious "glitch" for 5 weeks have left me unable to use this software and all I continually get is: "We will reach out to you shortly for a resolution." Asked for a refund over SEVEN TIMES now and have never been given a straight answer. Absolutely ridiculous! Reporting to Shopify to get my refund.

We went ahead and conducted a thorough investigation of all your queries, and we noticed that our support manager missed your refund query as it was among your other requests.

So far, this app is amazing. But the best part is the support. I've had some custom adjustments needed with my store and Eldar has gotten straight back me every time and made everything so simple. Thanks, mate. Awesome app.

This app has been amazing for us and their support has been fast and great. This app does so many things and can automate and simply your store in so many ways. We are not even utilizing all of the capabilities it has, but bar none this is an amazing app.

Growave app gets some things right, but also has some rough edges. However, that said, there is nothing more important than a company that truly cares about doing right by their customers. It is because of the issues that I have had with the app that I happily recommend them; while the app isn't perfect, they have customer support that truly cares, and most importantly, they empower their support team to do right be their customers. Shopify themselves should learn from Growave's example of actually CARING about their customers! Highly recommended.
