This app looks absolutely perfect. The interface similar to that of Shopify makes navigation very convenient. There are a large number of possibilities, everything is very well thought out. I'm almost done setting up and can't wait to use it. Everything looks very reliable. Documentation and tutorials allow you to configure everything on your own, everything is very well explained.
Only downside: the integration of the domain name for emails, which requires outside help despite the different supports (Growthero & Sendgrid). It would take a DNS expert within Growthero support, able to add the elements to the Shopify backoffice.
For the rest, everything is perfect, this application is a marvel and the support is fantastic, always available, open to improvements. A big thank you to the team and especially to Simon for his availability and his professionalism.
This application is recent but is already very advanced technically. Chances are it will become the best for affiliate programs.

Be careful when installing this app; if you don't fully understand how to use it within the trial period of 14 days, they will not grant you an extension. Take note that this app is complex—it has a referral program with payouts, an MLM component, integrations, etc. After we installed Growth Hero, our marketing team had to set this aside with the intent of launching it after 3 months. Due to its complexity we needed time to figure out which of its features to prioritize and how to communicate these properly alongside other campaigns. We made the mistake of not uninstalling this before the trial period ended. We did not however use it nor benefit from it in any way during this time, and this could surely be validated by Growth Hero. In spite of this, Growth Hero chose not to honor our request for a charge reversal for an unused program. We find this upsetting because we've been using Shopify for 5 years and this is the first time we've encountered this level of customer service from one of Shopify's apps. If this is how this company's customer service level is even before we use the program, we will definitely not proceed with using Growth Hero. On a side note, it doesn't make business sense to choose to pocket our 3 months worth of subscription money versus retaining us as a regular customer if Growth Hero had better customer service. Update: Even if they CONFIRM that you WERE NOT ABLE TO use their program, they will insist on dangling policy. They will choose what's legal, not what is fair. Again, for your protection as a customer, do not install this app unless you know you can fully understand it within their 14 day trial period.

we have finalized the setup of the app few days ago with a good help from Simon. We will see the results soon but so far the app is exactly what ew were expecting.

We are setting up GH for affiliate marketing. The setup is flawless and easy. I'm impressed. Customer service and support is great. I highly recommend this app for affiliate marketing.

AMAZING!! We have started the research on developing the network marketing platform, yer prices were around $13.000 - $50.000, or flat rates of $2000 subscribe model, monthly payments.

So we almost moved away from that idea, since investing it only in as software at this point of our start-up was insane. And as God sign was the idea flashed in mind of one of our colleagues, saying let see is there any app on Shopify.

And BINGO, we find lot of apps supporting affiliate marketing, did a homework, tried all of them to see how our network would love them, and how easy is to make it brand friendly, without signing all over place in order to get to the Dashboard, and follow the progress of both partners and performances of our campaigns and engagement.

The very best choice, without any doubt was GrowthHero. Easy, to set up, easy to integrate, easy to use.

But maybe the best out of it is really fast and detailed human support. Had great experience with Simon. This guy have our back no matter what happen, here is he to drive us trough and help us move on. Lucky to get this app installed, just weak form start we already have our consultants loving it, using it, first paychecks made.
