We’re just beginning to set up our store and so far...This app and the GrowthHero team is great. One of the most flexible of its kind on the Shopify app store. Flexible in the sense of if they are missing a feature that could benefit your business and the community of users they actually consider developing the feature....at no additional cost, with the top plan. This app and the GrowthHero team are great. The customer support is great. The support is 5 stars. I would give the overall app 5 stars, but we’re just beginning to use the app and have r been able to test the execution of calculations and payouts yet. After we use the app for 2-3 months, we will comeback and leave another review...hopefully with 5 stars! Thank you GrowthHero! Oh we can’t forget the infamous Simon. #rockstar

We have gone through multiple affiliate portal options looking for one that gives us the most options and will work with us to customize the extra needs we have for our program. GrowthHero has been by far the best option. I only give 4 stars because they require you to move way up in plans to customize for you and they haven't finished our customization needs yet. If everything looks and works like we need then it is well worth the money. We are excited to see how things look and play out as we build this program in the coming weeks, months, & years

We use Growth Hero to run our affiliate, referral, and brand ambassador programs. We really enjoy all of the features it provides and whenever there is a feature that we'd like to be added, the Growth Hero team documents it for us. We're hoping to see some of those wanted features on the platform in the near future! We're also very happy with the quick customer service whenever we have a question.

I used this app to help me track my affiliates. So far it is good. It would be better if it had more of a step by step for set up.

App could use a few improvements in the partner settings-allowing for partners to be in different groups so they can receive multiple commission structures depending on promo code given. However, customer support is always helpful. Thanks Simon for the help with our PayPal Integration issue!
