The products were frequently out of stock, and I was never notified of any out-of-stock or delayed shipments after placing an order, leading to a constant stream of customer complaints and a surge in refund requests. An investigation revealed that the complained orders only had updated tracking numbers, with no actual shipping records or logistics updates. To handle these after-sales issues, we incurred huge expenses in refunds and compensation payments, resulting in severe overall operational losses and significant financial damage. They have offered me no solutions whatsoever, which is extremely disappointing.

I initially thought that increasing the price of my shipping service would improve customer satisfaction and the store's reputation, but the results were unexpected: not a single order was shipped within 10 days; almost all orders were severely delayed. Items marked "in stock" didn't ship for several days. After contacting customer service, the response was always "ships today or tomorrow," but the order status remained stuck at "processing." As a result, I received numerous customer complaints and refund requests, and my brand reputation plummeted.
Using this service severely damaged my store's customer satisfaction and reputation. I strongly advise against it!

This is the worst company I've ever encountered. They used the worst supplier, and as a result, several customers not only complained about the poor product quality but also received damaged or even used goods. I was furious and had to refund them.
I contacted customer service, explaining how bad the product quality was, but they demanded I upload pictures of all the damaged items. The problem is, I had already refunded the customers, and I was already very upset. When I contacted customer service again, they said they couldn't issue a refund because I had only submitted partial pictures.
Their attitude was indifferent, as if they didn't care at all. This is truly the most unprofessional and infuriating app service I've ever encountered.

They frequently run out of stock, and they don't proactively notify customers. After receiving numerous customer order refunds and complaints, I discovered that they only updated the tracking numbers, but there was no actual tracking information; the goods were never shipped because they were out of stock. I've already compensated customers for a significant amount, but they still won't give me a refund. I do not recommend this app.

Customer support was disappointing. I inquired about order status and refunds, but received no response. Product information was also vague.

Ultimately, I not only wasted time but also lost money. If you truly want to build a sustainable business, I strongly suggest you avoid this app.

I thought the higher price would mean slightly better quality than other more expensive products, but I was surprised to find that not only were the prices high, but the quality was also ridiculously poor. I do not recommend using this product.

Great support and friendly people. They provide a great solution for ecommerce stores and have good shipping times. The people that I have been in contact with have all been amazing. Kiwi has most recently been handling my inquiries and she does a fantastic job. She offers quick replies and good solutions to whatever issues we encounter. Before her I have had the pleasure of working with Anna as well who was also great and of course Grace too who oversees it all. Highly recommend!

Dropshipping is something new for me, I have a Swedish mentor called Philip Isberg and he is great. Someone in our slack group showed Grace phone number for me and she told me to contact her on What’s up for fulfilling orders.
I think this far they are really good at fulfilling orders, it was much easier than with Aliexpress and all that which I never figured out how to do anyway. My tips when it comes to payment is use PayPal, I tried bank payment but it was too hard for me to fulfill payments.
I know What’s up feels like a playground for third world scammers, but hear me out I have good experience with Crystal and Grace they are doing wonders for GSR.

The only problem is Meta (Facebook) with their awful tracking.
