GST Pro ‑ Invoices for India

We recently upgraded to the paid version of the GST Pro app, hoping for a more seamless experience. Unfortunately, we have been facing significant issues with regards to cancelled invoices. The app does not provide any solutions for handling cancelled orders, which has created a lot of confusion and inefficiency in our accounting process.

Additionally, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, we have received no response. Moreover, the provided phone number is always switched off, making it impossible to get the support we need.

Overall, the lack of support and unresolved issues with cancelled invoices make this app a poor choice for businesses looking for reliable GST solutions. We are very dissatisfied with the service and functionality of the GST Pro app.

This app is very new & the team has to work hard if they want to add value to the stores. This app doesn't have a bulk download option for invoices (which. is considered quite basic) because of which you have to manually download each. Not a fit for any store if they are getting a high number of orders. Will recommend the app for new stores who have a limited budget & limited number of invoices which can be managed manually.
