Developer has not tested this App thoroughly, we have raised many bugs in app & then they resolved the same. Still we are finding issues in terms of sync of HSN & Tax Rate with Shopify to this App but this App is having limitation & due to which we again manually need to configure HSN & Tax Rate against each product as we have products with multiple tax rate but this increases our work! Support Team is responsive but lot of testing is not properly done.
Need lot of improvement in App as creating errors in Monthly GST Return Sales calculations. Other merchants may not be aware about this as reconciliation needs to be carried on to find this error!
Though we apologize that you have had a less-than-perfect experience with the app your review about the developer is blatantly false.
Our team went the extra mile to customize the app for your site, however, finding it incompatible with the settings configured for your store.
Our app has been completely vetted by Shopify and thousands of Shopify merchants are already using the app successfully without any issue.

Our backend had an issue their support team not only helped us fix that ut also made sure that we are able to continuously use their software as per the settings of different add ons present in our shopify account.
The problem was solved over 2 days but i believe it was the best timeline they could have done it in.

This app gave us India compliant GST invoice format at a really competitive price - really like the app for its flexibility.

We used this app to generate gst bills, reports for filing requirements. The team was prompt and helpful to assist with modifications/additions required in the reports to serve our purpose. Will continue to use this app given its cost effective and user friendly.
