Elevar has become the backbone of our tracking stack. We recently went through a full account audit with their team and it was one of the best vendor experiences we've had. Their tech lead Darshak worked through a long punch list with us: cleaning up redundant tags, validating enhanced conversions, confirming subscription tracking, and fixing deduplication across Meta, Google Ads, GA4, and Reddit. Every question got a clear, patient answer backed by actual screenshots and screen recordings.
The result: we consolidated onto Elevar as our single client and server side tracker, removed a bunch of duplicate JavaScript that was slowing our store down, and now have conversion data we actually trust. If you run a Shopify store and care about accurate tracking and page speed, this is the team you want in your corner. Highly recommended.

their report always shows 100% accuracy by default no matter what, just misleading.
Im going to switch to either Wetracjed or Triple whale Sonar asap.
We've seen an increase in attribution and more reliable data, and the customer service is really helpful and always replies within 24 hours.
I've used them across different companies and will continue to do so.

After moving over to Shopify for D2C I’ve always said that I would never take ownership or run a Shopify site without Elevar. Bad data in, bad data and insights out. If you want a solid data foundation and tag management platform so everything else can work like you need it to then Elevar is an excellent choice. Their Expert Installation is amazing and Raphael has been so good to work with during the expert installation onboarding process. Data Layer and tag management is something that is overlooked or not well understood although nothing else works as well as it should without this platform.
App works well, but the service is what is really exceptional. Worked with Hannah who was extremely thorough and helped us diagnose a challenging data issue. I was so impressed with her level of detail and partnership!
