I absolutely love this app because my customers trust me more because I am offering them away to protect their orders in case something happens that’s not their fault. The fees are also relatively cheap and it also helps the customer to feel more comfortable when adding the service to the order I absolutely love this app

Very easy to install! I love having this option, it protects me and the customer. This is great especially for the holidays. if anything gets lost, I know my customers have the option of having their items replaced at no extra cost on both ends.

Filing claims with USPS was a hassle and they always reject our claims, even when the tracking number shows that it was delivered to a different zip code. Chelsey, my contact from Guide team has been so helpful. She has helped me tremendously dealing some difficult claims. The one thing Guide can improve on is their processing time.
