We discovered an ad graphic for a sports drink in our site footer that appeared because of the app in addition to malformed text about the app with giant icons. Though support removed it shortly after we discovered it, we received no notification of the issue from them and reported it ourselves. We were not given any explanation of the error by the developer, nor did we receive any information ...
After using this app for a few months, I've had a couple of issues with customers not being able to file claims once their package was loss/damaged. After contacting customer support, Cam W. was quick with responding and was able to look into my account and assist with this issue.
I run an online store. After one of the carriers lost an item I had shipped to a customer, I had to send a replacement, resulting in losses and an unhappy customer. At that time, I didn't have any protection. That's why I am very pleased to have Guide Shipping Protection for my shipments now.
I highly recommend Guide. There setup is much easier than other insurance companies. There prices are also very reasonable which has made most of our customers choose to buy the shipping protection. The integration in our site looks very professional and makes it easy for the customer to purchase.
