This app is awful. We have tons of orders where the app just did not assign a code. We also found that the app did not send out the emails with the code. Their support is crap. They don't have any answers, they did not send out the gift codes to the recipients even though I have requested that 3 times now. Customers are very upset. Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the app because I wanted to change the color of some buttons and the option did not yet exist. They went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you!
Just started using it, and so far the experience is positive. Very intuitive interface, and seems to do exactly what I need, which is give user a gift card when they sign up (without having to purchase it)

so far so good. great support and the app seems to be functioning well.
The App seems pretty good. However, there are a few things not working and no one is responding to the tickets I created over 2 days ago.
CAN ANYONE HELP? TICKET NUMBER 1389, 1388, 1384 AND 1383.
