It's a very good app, easy to navigate and set up. Checkout page is a great place to prompt birthday sign-up. Many of our customers sign up and we are very pleased.
Support team is very responsive and helpful and always get back with clear explanation and we are happy about it, too. Thank you Stuart and Steve and Sam!

The app is really good but the customer service is in a different league altogether! I don't use this app in the same way as most people might. My store is a Pet related business and I use this app to collect a dogs name and breed as well as the DOB. Over a few nights, Stu at customer support went above and beyond helping me to add additional features that I needed (metafields etc). Nothing was too much, even when I felt I might be becoming a pain with all my questions. Well done, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone.

The app is easy to set up, the documentation is detailed and thorough, but our experience with support completely blew us away.
Steve was extremely quick to respond to our emails and always had a detailed and relevant answer. He also anticipated our needs and proactively offered suggestions.
Thanks to his help, we were able to easily set up a two-way loop with Klaviyo so that:
1) birthdays collected in Happy Birthday are transferred to Klaviyo and seamlessly attach to our existing flow infrastructure for birthday offers
2) birthday we collected thru our existing channels are synced back to Happy Birthday, so we can make sure we are not asking our return customers for information they already provided.
Between the app's simple and lightweight design and unparalleled customer support experience, we are now reviewing other apps made by the same team and trying to find a use case for them.

Für uns funktioniert die App wunderbar, alles ist super individualisierbar, und der Support war ebenso zufrieden stellend. Das wichtigste ist, dass unsere Kunden tatsächlich auch bestellen durch die Gutscheine.
Die Funktion seinen DOB optional am Ende des checkouts einzugeben wird am meisten genutzt.
