Stay away. Not interested in working with majority of Shopify merchants anymore. They are clearly now focused on mega merchants with tons of returns.
Happy Returns has limited options to prevent fraudulent returns from impacting your business. You will have the option to auto-approve all exchange and refunds, or manually approve all exchanges and refunds. In addition to limited features, agents at the return bars do not verify the items that are being returned. If you use the return bar, you will receive items purchased from the Salvation Army, or items that appear to be stolen from a lost and found school pile. Work on your tech, Happy Returns.
Terrible experience. They charge you left and right for payment fees. Very very rude people working there. They simply do not care about the Customer. We are NOT Recommending this APP to Anyone if you don´t want to lose time get some alternative.
Similar to a previous review, during the initial call you are told you can make customizations and all the great features when in reality, there is very little customization you can do. The on-boarding team is really unhelpful and not knowledgeable of their own product. The on-boarding team member we were set up with could not answer any of the questions we had and we had to follow-up several times to receive responses. Setting up Happy Returns took several weeks of back and forth which was incredibly frustrating. This solution will work for now as it is free with PayPal but definitely not a long term solution.
Fantastic app with an appealing PayPal offer. However, it won't work for you if you're outside the US/Canada. Additionally, the customer service is slow and hasn't been much help. So, all EU stores should consider looking elsewhere.
Terrible at getting you onboarded, did all the zoom calls and sold me the dream and now dont reply to emails, installed the app and been waiting 2 weeks to start using it..
Horrible! Turns out using the drop off locations, isn't really free, despite us using Paypal as a payment method for our customers on our website. Support did not even bother to respond since 4 days now. What a joke.
Very professional staff but unfortunately the app is so limited in features that we couldn't go ahead with this. The Paypal offer is appealing but not enough to lose key returns control we need.
