Although the free service for pay pal stores is great, they recently instituted a $250.00 monthly minimum to utilize their return bar service which is what makes their process better than any of the others. Horrible! Turns out using the drop off locations, isn't really free, despite us using Paypal as a payment method for our customers on our website. Support did not even bother to respond since 4 days now. What a joke.
Very professional staff but unfortunately the app is so limited in features that we couldn't go ahead with this. The Paypal offer is appealing but not enough to lose key returns control we need.

We truly enjoy working with the Happy Returns team. The returns portal is simple and intuitive for our customers to use and the backend system is just as easy for the team.
