We bieden end-to-end retouroplossingen door een unieke combinatie van retoursoftware en omgekeerde logistiek. Via ons landelijke netwerk van Return Bar locaties, verrassen we shoppers door hen in staat te stellen retouren af te geven zonder verpakking of afdrukken in minder dan 60 seconden. HappyReturns allows my customer to return & exchange with ease! I've used HR for years and the feedback from my customers means the world to us! They also have customizations to the portal as well as an array of reporting to choose from!
Happy Returns has limited options to prevent fraudulent returns from impacting your business. You will have the option to auto-approve all exchange and refunds, or manually approve all exchanges and refunds. In addition to limited features, agents at the return bars do not verify the items that are being returned. If you use the return bar, you will receive items purchased from the Salvation Army, or items that appear to be stolen from a lost and found school pile. Work on your tech, Happy Returns.
Happy Returns have helped us improve the returns holistically. Experience to customers is flawless, internal processes improved, exchanges were optimised and the drop off location options have driven cost of returns down. Their team is efficient and easy to work and KPI dashboards are super helpful for decision making.
Happy Returns provides a robust solution that is easy for both customers and admins to use. The in-person Return Bar option provides flexibility for customers who don't have printers or who prefer to return things in-person. Their growing international capabilities and options for logistical support are also helpful for growing brands that may not want or be able to manage reverse logistics fully in-house.
This app was initially a 4 star for me, losing one star because processing a return does not automatically restock inventory, requiring an additional step outside of the Happy Returns portal. The drop to 2 stars is because they do not make it abundantly clear that when using the Happy Returns Fedex account to generate return labels, you are NOT allowed to file a claim with Fedex for a lost package. Even in the event where Fedex is clearly in possession of the return package, and loses it along the way, you have absolutely no recourse due to Happy Return's contract with Fedex.
