Easy to use and its aesthetically pleasing. Love it.

I really like the fact that I can organize my FAQ questions by section. It's easier for the users to go straight to the matter instead have to scroll all over the page to get the answer they are looking for. I recommend it!

Support was helpful and responded quickly via email until my issue was resolved. Ui looks nice too!

J'ai contacté le service client pour un soucis d'affichage. Ils étaient très réactifs et à l'écoute. Bien que la communication par mail était assez longue (ne recevant pas de notification à chaque mail reçu), le problème a quand même été rapidement traité et réglé dans la journée même. Really great app! Shopify UI gave us some odd trouble making the Page live but support guys at eoscity developers responded right away. Hoping to make the default render on smartphones "unexpanded" rather than "expanded" such that only the Sections are shown before a visitor clicks to expand and see articles. Easier to search by scrolling then.

I really like this app, it is easy to use and very clear for my customers to go through. I would like to see in the future more options to customize the page though.

I first started my Shopify journey 2 years ago. Help Center was the perfect app as it was simple and easy to use. As my store grew, my need for a more detailed Help section grew, and I moved away from the App. Now I find myself re-installing it to implement in my store - it's simplicity and easy of use is perfect for my customers. A little CSS magic from my web developer in the backend and this App is perfect for what I need. :-)
