I used this App to help me set my dropshipping business super easy, helpful and cost-effective highly recommend
I used it to make an FAQ. It worked as expected and I liked that it gave me some examples to learn and base myself off of.
I am trying this app now as opposed to Zendesk. So far, so good! And customer service is really helpful with any issues. I'll update this when I'm 100% up and running!
