Amazing app! It's so great my customers can search my FAQs now. I don't know why someone said it's unattractive. Easy app to use and provides the perfect Help Center/FAQ for our customers. I'm not the most tech savvy person (I cannot code) and I have had no problems managing and manipulating the help center to serve our needs.

Easy to use, and really improved my websites FAQ page. Only wish it worked better on mobile phone and iPad.
