For the most part, the UX is good. On the back-end, if you accidentally delete anything, it's gone forever. You should be able to save and test out changes before anything permanent happens. I have also noticed that FAQ pages are not indexed by google. We have lots of rich, indexable content in our FAQs so this is actually a big deal for us. I reached out and asked when this would be fixed and was told that they plan to offer a premium version in the future that is more compatible with search engines but did not provide an ETA.

This app is a solid free app. You have to learn what you can do and cannot do with their hierarchy of data, but once you learn it, I think it will fullfil most people’s needs for an FAQ page.

Our company uses HelpCenter for our store's FAQ page. Their app is very easy to use and it looks very professional! We've never had any issues with the app, and it meets all of our FAQ page needs. This is a great app! It was just what I needed. Easy to install and even easier to use. I had a small styling issue but the support staff attended to it immediately and at no cost. Very glad I found this app and installed it. Big thumbs up to them!
