What an awesome App team!! I can't believe it's free. It does everything you need it to do, including editing the search bar to fit your page anyway you see fit. I can already tell after just launching our help center that this is going to help tremendously. We even linked the directions page to one of the answered questions. Very excited for customer feedback. Thank you.
Really good: simple, easy, effective, free. Great for presenting big blocks of info in a compact form (such as your terms and conditions) with its collapsing sections.
Suggestion: Allow/create anchors for the sections, so we can link within the page, and also link to specific sections of the page from elsewhere.
Easy to use, one click installation, I love it and need it. In addition, integrate with messager, good to interact with potential customers~

The HelpCenter is super easy to use and builds a user friendly FAQ page in literally minutes. I needed one quick adjustment from their team ~ the response was fast, efficient and executed perfectly.

i have written to the provider twice to find out if i can simply delete the app i no longer need, or if i have to delete code to do so. unfortunately, i never received a reply. always very fast when selling, very poor when helping (hot even "help center"). do i get a reply now? UPDATE: 26.07.2021
After this review I was contacted. The support had supposedly written to me. In the communication it was noticed that they had forgotten a letter in the email. I was helped in the meantime and my questions were answered 100%. This is why I update my stars from 1 to 4 stars!

I used this app to fill out my FAQ page. It is integrated well, but I will I had a little more control over the look on my page. I will have to see if I can tweak from within Shopify.
