HelpCenter: AI FAQ+Help Center

Testing a free version as of now. App is hanging sometimes through Google Chrome browser , even after page reload. But resumes its work after closing the whole browser and reopening and logging in shopify page again.

I used this app to help me design a better FAQ page. This app helped me do just that for free. Next month I will upgrade.

It works, but was disappointed to find that once you make a menu/faq line title and want to modify the menu title, the URL link is fixed to the previous menu item name and cannot be changed unless you remake your entire faq page.

This is confusing to the customer when they watch the URL bar on their browser and see a #URL that is totally different than where they think they are going.

Example: Menu said DOG. Then you change the menu to CAT. The URL reads #DOG instead of #CAT, so the customer is very confused when they see #DOG and they think you are tricking them into going somewhere else.

Great concept, but the app is a pain in the ass when trying to simply format and edit your FAQ text.

I absolutely love this app. Makes e-commerce life much easier.

I used this app and was able to easily make a simple and organized help center. It was easy to connect it to my Shopify store as well.

Really easy to use and works extremely well. I was able to create my FAQ page relatively fast, and it was also easy to edit my answers/questions.

Amazing! Easy to use , and I love the templates! Another thing is there's a free plan available! thinking of upgrading it soon

Very clean FAQ page. I really enjoy this app. It is easy to learn how to use and has every capable function needed to run a smooth FAQ page.
