The only reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because there is no way to change the url apps/help-center to apps/faq

It's good but it would be even better if it showed up in your stores built in search results. Unless customers go to this page directly, they won't be able to find anything.

Works like a charm. Esp. love how you can create various categories and the fact that it can be tailored for basic and more complex Q&A. Great work!

It is a nice form to have on your website. However, the Contact Form does not work and even after contacting the developers and getting a reply that "it is a problem that is on our end", still nothing is done about the contact form not working. The lack of fixing the problems with the App is unacceptable. Shopify should not allow Apps on their website that do not work correctly. Other then the contact form not working correctly, everything else seems to work nicely.

Very good app. Gives you a professional looking FAQ section. Easy to use, looks great. Works very well.
